These terms apply to services provided by Enchanted Lightworks in Albuquerque, NM and surrounding areas.

Estimates and quotes. Quotes are based on the information and property conditions available at the time. If site conditions differ materially (roof access, power availability, structural issues), we'll discuss any change to the quote before doing additional work.

Scheduling. Installation dates are scheduled in order of booking. Weather, daylight, and safety conditions may require rescheduling; we'll notify you as early as possible.

Property access and care. You agree to provide safe access to the work areas and exterior power where required. We use installation methods intended to protect your roof, gutters, and exterior surfaces.

Seasonal lighting. Where a service includes takedown and storage, the timing and terms are confirmed at booking.

Payment. Payment terms, deposits, and accepted methods are confirmed at booking.

Liability. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects to the property, or for damage caused by third parties, weather, or misuse of installed systems. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under New Mexico law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
