Consultations. Free consultations can be rescheduled or canceled anytime at no charge.

Booked installations. You may cancel or reschedule up to [48 hours / 7 days — JOSE TO CONFIRM] before your scheduled installation for a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations after that window [forfeit the deposit / are refunded minus a $X fee — JOSE TO CONFIRM].

Completed work. If something isn't right with your installation, contact us within 7 days and we'll come back and make it right at no charge.

Weather. If we have to reschedule for weather or safety, your booking and payment simply move to the new date — no penalty to you.
