One Installation. Every Holiday. Zero Ladders.
Permanent lighting is a low-profile track of LED lights installed along the eaves and architectural lines of your home or business. After one clean installation, you control everything from your phone: warm white for elegant everyday lighting, red and green for Christmas, orange for Halloween, team colors for game day — with schedules, dimming, and effects built in.
Unlike seasonal string lights, there's nothing to hang in November and nothing to take down in January. The system is designed to blend into your roofline so it's barely noticeable during the day.
Backed by a 15-year warranty on the lighting system.
How Our Permanent Light Installation Works
1. Design:
We walk your property and design a lighting plan around your home's architecture rooflines, peaks, and features so the result looks built-in, not added-on.
2. Installation:
Professional mounting matched to your home's trim color, clean hidden wiring, and careful work that protects your roof, stucco, and gutters.
3. App setup:
Before we leave, your system is connected, and you know how to change colors, set schedules, and run effects from your phone.

How Permanent Lighting Attaches to an Albuquerque Home
The reason permanent lighting disappears during the day is the track, and how the track is
mounted is most of the craft in the job.
On homes with fascia or a gutter line, the track follows that line and gets color matched to
the trim as closely as possible, so from the street it reads as another line on the house
rather than as something added to it.
Stucco parapets, which are extremely common here, are handled differently. There is a right
way to mount on stucco and several wrong ones, and the difference shows up years later as
either a clean line or a set of stains running down the wall. Penetrations get sealed
properly, placement follows the architectural line rather than cutting across it, and wiring
is routed out of sight.
The finish details are what separate a good install: consistent standoff distance so the
light is even, no sagging between mounts, no visible wire, and no drilling into anything that
should not be drilled.

Zones, Schedules, and What People Actually Use It For
Most people buy permanent lighting picturing Christmas, then find that the everyday settings
are what they use.
Zones are the reason. Because the run is divided into sections, the front elevation, the
garage, the peaks, and the entry can each do something different at the same time. That is
what makes warm white everyday lighting look like architectural accent lighting rather than
a strip of bulbs, and it is why the same system can do a subtle everyday look and a full
holiday display without compromise.
Schedules are the other half. Set the system to come on at dusk and off at a set hour and it
simply runs, every night, without anyone touching it. Most owners set an everyday scene once
and only open the app when there is a reason to.
The reasons turn out to be constant: holidays through the year, birthdays, game days, school
colors, and the occasional evening someone wants the house to look different. Businesses use
the same capability for brand colors and seasonal campaigns.
For communities where consistency across multiple homes or common areas matters, our HOA and
property management lighting covers permanent installations at that scale.
Permanent vs. Seasonal Christmas Lights
Seasonal lights are installed each November and removed in January — we offer that as a full service too. Permanent lighting is a one-time installation you'll use all year, every year. Many of our permanent lighting customers started as Christmas lighting customers who decided they never wanted to be without lights again.

Frequently Asked Questions about Permanent Lighting Installation in Albuquerque
Will the lights be visible during the day?
The system is installed in a low-profile track along your roofline, color-matched where possible. From the street it reads as part of your trim — most people never notice it until the lights come on.
How do I control the lighting?
From an app on your phone: colors, brightness, schedules, sections of the house, and animated effects. Set it once and it runs automatically, or change it any time.
How long does installation take?
Most homes are completed in a day. Larger homes and commercial buildings may take longer — you'll get a timeline with your quote.
What happens if something stops working?
Contact us and we'll make it right. We service every system we install.
Does permanent lighting work for businesses?
Yes — storefronts, offices, venues, and commercial properties use permanent lighting for branding, visibility, and holiday displays without recurring installation costs. We also offer Storefront Flex LED Signage for businesses.
Can it really replace my Christmas lights?
That's exactly what it's designed to do. Red and green in December, warm white in January — and you'll never store a tangled box of lights again.
